- The Arizona Child Support Guidelines are used to calculate the support amount and follow the Income Shares Model. The model was developed by the Child Support Guidelines Project of the National Center for State Courts. Both parents' incomes are used to calculate the amount of child support that one parent will pay to the other household to financially support the children.
- Arizona reviews its Child Support Guidelines every four (4) years, as required by state and federal law. The Arizona Supreme Court (Court) adopts the Child Support Guidelines in Administrative Orders. Below you will find links to the Court’s Quick Reference Guide to the Child Support Guidelines and to the Child Support and Family Law page of the azcourts.gov website.
- Child Support and Family Law page - This page includes links to the most current version of the Child Support Guidelines (2022) as well as previous versions. The Court will update these links as the documents are reviewed and updated by the Court.
